Hi, I'm fairly new to this forum (first post actually) but it seems like a good place to get info! I'm looking to purchase a condo at Plaza Midtown, but I had a few questions before I put an offer on it. atmosphere in the buildings? It seems more subdued then the other newer high rises like spire or metropolis. In general, what are the demographics? I know satellite tv in included in the HOA fees, but is it very basic? Does it include HD channels and the like? If not, how much in general are the upgrades? Does the complex hold any resident events/parties? I know these are pretty specific questions, hopefully a resident is on the forum and can help me out...thanks!

Urm.....do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Many speculators rented those condos out (im sure there are limits) but unless you enjoy the smell of pot smoke and loud neighbors...skip. The only visitor parking is in the publix deck late at night hoping your peeps don't get towed. To be fair, there is plenty of street parking on W ptree and 9th etc. For the fees alone I would skip it, not to mention, my personal feeling about buying condos in Atlanta.
