Nicer people and better customer service than any other state I've lived in.

Very low cost of living for a city that offers so much.
Atlanta airport, offering a lot of non-stop flights. Lower fared domestic flights because of Airtran.
BTW Airtran is starting service to Cancun

Why not focus on the good, it is a great idea ...

Pretty affordable overall
Always many events going on
Mild winters
Nice to have a major airport hub (get more direct flights that way)
Convenient to the mountains
Some nice people, generally friendly
Pretty good mix of people from everywhere too
Lots of great conferences here

Here's some props from a visitor hoping to relocate to ATL from California:

1) Beautiful trees and greenery; just driving around even in urban/suburban areas is a pleasure because of the trees

2) Friendly people; 4 trips out here now and everyone has been so helpful and kind to a "lost" out of towner

3) Much lower cost of housing and renting

4) A lot of shopping; very nice, new shopping centers as well as boutiques; like the variety of stores (Hey, I'm female and this is important!)

5) Beautiful parks, trails, and nature preserve areas

6) Marta rail system; a lot of cities don't have this type of transportation; especially convenient to be able to catch it from the airport

7) abundance of restaurants; all the major chains and one of a kind cafes/restaurants too

8) Fox Theatre

I'm sure there's more I haven't yet discovered, but this is what my impression has been so far.
