Any city can be overrated if you dont know what to do or you dont do any research on it. People find citys overrated because they have high expectations of a city based on what they heard. Then when they get here they are disappointed. I tell my friends all the time you cant go anywhere based on what you heard or anyones elses experience only because you may not be able to experience what they did when they visited or lived in Atlanta. Atlanta wouldnt get all the hype It has gotten if none of it wasnt true.

Wow first time I saw someone say the schools here are great. Interesting, but to someone who spells "hype" with an I the schools here probably seem like Ivy League institutions to you.

Default Atl overated

Yes ATL is overrated and Florida has more to offer as much as a great lifestyle but Florida has a uncertain economy. When you get past the krunk music and the fake red carpet and see Atlanta for what it really is. Atlanta get very boring. For one your dealing with a lot of people that may have different moral values. You have men dressing up like women in a consistent basis. Little things like working out is such a big deal here. In other cities it's just a way of life. They want to work out there body but not the mind. At the end of the day it's country. There is nothing wrong with that. But let's just be clear on exactly what is going on here.

Default Atl

I also notice all the races don't really party together. It's kind of segregated here.
