May possibly begin position at Clayton State U. and looking for interesting (i.e. cultural, restaurants, shopping, etc.) and safe neighborhood for renting. Interested in living in the city but can't afford high rent until I sell my current home. I'm single, 40s, female, liberal. Suggestions?

If you will be working at Clayton State in Morrow, considering your other criteria, I recommending looking into
Historic Downtown College Park or
Historic Downtown East Point . Both districts/neighborhoods are located on the southside of Atlanta and would offer great access to Clayton State.
*Note: If you go this route, make sure you designate "Historic Downtown College Park" or "Historic Downtown East Point" and
not just College Park or East Point in general. This is very important because there is a difference (considering your criteria).
