Legislature has finally been passed on Monday to let counties create 1% sales tax regions amongst themeselves to fund things like commuter rail. Atlanta needs more Rail seriously with all the people moving to atlanta and the Metro area Atlanta is going to need it. I dont know why people are against it. Afterwhile people will get tired of being stuck in traffic for hours
