We just moved to Atlanta from Colorado and have rented an apartment in Newnan. We DESPERATELY need a new mattress for our master bedroom. Since we've only used beds given to us by family we are unsure of who is good to shop with. I hear the ads for original mattress factory on the radio... are they any good???

I slept on one for three months ... VERY comfortable and reasonably priced from what I hear with no shenanigans at purchase.

Right. Original Poster, from the Atlanta forum main page, look up near the top right-hand corner for a button labeled Search this Forum. Press the button, enter in the search field the two words original mattress, then press Go. That will find you the threads.

I'm offering these directions rather than links to the threads on the "teach a man to fish" theory.

However ... I bought a mattress set at OMF last week, and am pleased so far.

Note that Atlanta has 7 Costco stores, and while their mattress selection isn't large, they usually offer extremely good values on them. I got a set that at the time was selling for around $800 in other stores for $495 from them. So there are alternatives.
