Hello Everyone,

We are considering about buying a house in Arbors at Tara subdivison or otherwise known as the Tara Club Estate. We are in LA and we don't have any idea about the community, the builder or anything about the sudivision.

Any opinion is very much appreciated. Thank you

I think it's in Loganville, in Walton County...never been to Loganville, but it's about 35-40 miles outside of the city. City Of Loganville, GA Official Web Site

Dear Jam, we're "looking" at a home (via the Internet) in the same subdivision. We're moving from Chicago, and have not been in that neck of the woods either. Did you ever buy your home there? If so, do you like the neighborhood, etc.? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

moving from CA and if you do not like to be around blacks get use to it the Arbors are controlled by blacks and the Tara's are controlled by blacks and whites living large and if you are racist stay out. Not the place for bigits.

Arbors high rate of foreclosure, people in that subdivision with no jobs, Mc Donald's job's and lost their homes. Good chances for the people in other states to swallow it up. Ga is not what people think it is there are no jobs and just have all your money. No Jobs.
