Which is better? St. Marlo seems to not be as expensive as Sugarloaf, and there are some pretty awesome deals there as well! As a whole, which community would you recommend? Thanks

I'll take St.M- Forsyth Co taxes. And schools on the south side of the county are very good thanks to involved parents (as compared to the largest school system in the state). St.M is also a little removed from the hustle and bustle- yet every convience is just down the road in Johns Creek. The main entrance is on McGinnis Ferry, a back entrance is on Old Atlanta- either one can get you where you want to go.
Oh, did I mention that the golf course is fun to play- it's not a TPC monster.
But, if you like to rub elbows with celebrities/pro athletes, convicted felons, prostitutes, porn stars, etc- and your nose finds itself in the stratisphere- well by all means move to S.L.

They're both nice. As mentioned. St. Marlo taxes will be much lower, but SL is right off 85 which makes it convenient if you need to get to/from the city/airport.
