My family is relocating to Atlanta from MI and I am looking for a good "family" sub.

Criteria::

Great schools
under 300K
built from 1990- present

You've just described a good % of the county and a lot of West Cobb, especially now with lower home values. My suggestion is to find a realtor and have this discussion with him/her over the phone and via e-mail.

We decided on the general area and had our realtor line up houses to see before we even arrived here in GA. I came down weeks before our actual move and started looking over subdivisions and areas.

We have a realtor I am looking for personal opinions from those who live in some good commmunties.
