We are looking for a home in PTC and saw a bunch are for sale in the subdivision Chestnut Field in the Oak Grove district. I was just wondering if there is a reason why so many homes are for sale in this subdivision. Is there a reason why a lot of people want out of this area? We have a number of homes in Chestnut that we will be looking at but wanted to know people's opinion of this area.
