We originally were looking for houses only in the Braelinn Elementary area in Peachtree City but since we didn't find much in our price range here we started looking at some homes in the Oak Grove area. I have done some research online and noticed that Oak Grove is a Title One school and has 23% of the students that are economically disadvantaged. Also test scores aren't as high as at other schools. I was just wondering if someone could tell me their opinion of Oak Grove Elementary and any positives/ negatives that they can share.
Thanks.

All of the Peachtree City elementary schools are great. You have nothing to worry about. Seriously.

They are:
Peachtree City Elementary
Kedron Elementary
Huddleston Elementary
Oak Grove Elementary
Crabapple Lane Elementary
Braelinn Elementary

In addition, take a look at this link to get a break down of the Peachtree City schools... http://app.doe.k12.ga.us/ows-bin/owa...sex.entry_form

1. Choose "Fayette County" in the drop down menu on the right.
2. Then choose "By School."

You will see all of the aforementioned schools are very similar. The information you researched may not be completely accurate.

Good Luck. I hope this helps.

A lot of people told me how much they like Braelinn, but that was for the special ed program. But for typical kids, I hear all of the schools are very good.
