That's what I'm thinking. I don't know enough about the area to decide. I suppose living in Social Circle isn't out of the question, but right now I'm just weighing options. The move is still 10-11 months out, so I have lots of time to ponder.

Oh you mean the east side of Atlanta, such as Conyers or Covington? "East Atlanta" is a community very close to downtown Atlanta. Just sayin' cause it may throw some people off and it's a long commute from Social Circle, however, it certainly has plenty of musicians.
