Yes - it's all about your little princess. The food is not that bad. It's a great retro-diner. They even serve a tuna burger! It's not ground tuna either - it's a chunk.

I would sooooo eat there over the Varsity.

Marlow's Tavern on West Peachtree might be another good option for LMM. (Marlow's Tavern)

For Rainy (ecco)

LOL--just be sure to stop by the Krispy Kreme and take home some hot doughnuts.

There are several restaurants in Midtown Plaza/Trader Joe's shopping center.

'The Outlander' has good burgers and nachos but it is not a 'family' sort of place.

O'Terrill's is great, and just a couple of blocks up Piedmont from the Civic Center. Excellent fish and chips, burgers, sandwiches, etc. I go there for lunch regularly, and haven't been disappointed yet.

We now have a reservation for TOP FLR! Thanks for all the suggestions, especially (I hope) this one.

And an update from me!

The recital was simply to long for everyone to go out to dinner together! The princess was taken home (her dinner had been packed for her to eat backstage) but by the time we left the Civic Center after 8:00 PM, she needed to get home.

I gave everyone the suggestions I had, but most wanted to get back to their part of town before eating.

Thanks, though, and I will save the list, though I think we are changing ballet studios to one that does a much lower key recital and does it closer to home.
