The same big freeways that run thru Cobb and Gwinnet go southbound and run thru downtown Atlanta to points south. The southside has just as much as far as freeway construction as the north side.

The OP's point is the lack of development on the southside, specifically between downtown and the airport.

Do not see how your comments on conservatism and freeway development have anything to do with this topic.
