Definitely agreed, another lower ranking for the Peach State. I think there should be more hurdles to get a driver's license, such as mandatory driver's education and a stricter test to obtain the license.

I have near-misses nearly every week, and most of the time, some other lousy driver is at fault. Usually that lousy driver is distracted by yapping on a cell phone while driving.

Funny thing is New York, New Jersey, and California are 3 of the states where we get most of our transplants (and who ranked worse than us). No surprise there!

I have never driven in Cali, but I was born and raised in NY, and I can tell you for a fact NY, drivers are not like GA drivers.
