Trying to have a 20th birthday party!!!

looking 4 a great pool and location in gwinnett county..

Good luck with that. As you can imagine, any pool in a subdivision is going to be pretty packed during July, and I know I for one would be pretty pissed if I found that the pool I pay for as part of my HOA fees was closed to me because the HOA rented it to someone for a private party. You may try a hotel, but you're likely to run into the same issue.

Know anyone that lives in an apartment complex?
That would be an "in" to at least the clubhouse- but you may have to still share the pool.
However, timing maybe one your side- if you choose an evening time, the pool may not be that "crowded".

Many HOAs have their own schedules for pool parties, and allow their residents to reserve the pool for private events. Ours certainly does, anyway...
