Why that didn't dawn on me as I was doing weeks and weeks of research, I have no idea, but as soon as I saw that tower, my mistake hit me over the head like a hammer.

Tear them down!

HAHA, that is hilarious! I like the part about the typewriter, man Ive never been good on those things, thank goodness I didnt really grow up in that era, they are a pain in the hiney!

Speaking of funny water towers, does anyone ever notice the Semens tower in Forsyth County? When I was younger and we would go up to the lake I always remember seeing that tower and my friends and I would laugh and think how weird that tower was lol.

In high school, I had a math teacher who said the towers should say "Gwinnett is Gweat."

Here's a few:
  • Sandy Springs: Queen Eva welcomes you.
  • Cobb County: Evolving one step at a time.
  • Clayton County: Give us your poor, your tired, your huddled masses, and we will abandon them.
  • Douglas County: Sunshine in your eye.
  • Mountain Park: More than a subdivision.
  • Kennesaw: Paving one battlefield at a time.
  • Decatur: Surrounded by morons. (local government there is ran better than City of Atlanta or DeKalb County)
  • Buford: Our mall is bigger than yours.
  • Hall County: Where no chicken goes unplucked.
  • Lilburn: We don't dance.
  • College Park: No college, no class.
  • Rockdale County: Spreading syphillis since 1996.
