I am looking to purchase a foreclosure home in the Stonewall Manor subdivision in the camp creek area. I was wondering if anyone on here lives there or know someone who does. What are your opinions of this community and/or area?

Thanks.

I really like it. Close to downtown and the airport with good shopping. It's growing too and you will be sure to see home appreciation after the market turns around. The only bad thing is that you can make a wrong turn and wind up in a seedy area.

Be warned. The traffic at Camp Creek and 285 near the shopping area (overcrowded because it's the only decent one in SW Atlanta -SHAME) is unbelievable. I'm talking 10 minutes to go 1/2 mile at times.

I believe the builder for that community was Paul Thomas and they went bankrupt last year. They had a great product. Found out about the home warranty on the home now the builder is no longer.
