I'm not sure I agree, but here it is.

"...A second wave of jobs growth, in the first quarter of 2010, is predicted in seven states: Alabama, Georgia, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota and South Dakota..."

I'm with Tdiddy... I hope they're right.

In my humble opinion, promoting optimism begets optimism, and that's never a bad thing... hmmm...

Well, I guess it is a bad thing if you happen to be John McCain talking about "the fundamentals of the economy" being strong on a certain Monday in mid-September 2008

True, and especially when optimism is based on fact and objective metrics. What has been an eye opening experience for me is this group of people, some on the business and politics forums here on C-D, who just keep this mantra going of doom and gloom. Any good news is met by heckling and an insistence that any shred of light is just manipulation by media or others. They ignore any positive information while grabbing onto anything negative, no much how speculative. I just shake my head.
