With the new 2012 optima being built there and the astonishing attrition rate I could easily see hiring going on for a while.

Well I got a call from Kia this morning scheduling my assessment, but I missed the call again. That was only 3 days after my interview and on a Sunday! I dont know if this is faster than anyone else but now I have wait on them to call me back to schedule my assessment.
I hate going out to the country where there is no service and missing important phone calls.

I also got my call 3 days after my interview. The longest part is waiting after you do your assessment for the next step. Good Luck and keepus posted.
