Hi!

We are going to be relocating whenever our house sells up here in PA. We narrowed down the area to where we want to live to Canton, GA.....we are are making the trip down there next week. So, we are going to be looking at Harmony of the Lakes by Pulte builders and Sharp Residental and then Overlook at Hampton Station by Beazer Homes. Any information on any of these three builders and/or neighborhoods would be great! Thanks so much!

We live in the Pulte homes in HOTL and love it- Pulte has a great reputation, has been excellent on customer service, and builds a good home. I've heard good and bad about Sharp, but most people we know who live in their homes don't seem to have any issues.

There are many threads on here with really good info on those builders and SD. Just do a search with those names and you can read the threads. I know Beazer almost went into bankruptcy, but not sure about the other 2. All of those SD are small lots, tons of cookie cutter houses, but good amenities. You'll have to see for yourself if that's the type of neighborhood you want. But it's certainly worth a look.

Beazer has bounced back and is very strong as far as working capital goes and their price poitn is now at 179,990. Great deal from a top 10 builder.
