Hi all,
Looking to get a 2bedroom apt in Vinings. I prefer to stay under $900 per month. I haven't been having much luck drilling down to apartments I'd like to look at for two reasons
1) I've been consulting apartmentratings.com and if the apartments have consistently bad ratings I "x" off my list. (2) Price. I need to stay under $900 for a 2/2. So far I only have the Walton at Chattahoochee that sounds promising and the Columns at Vinings. I realize apartmentratings.com may not be the most accurate source as I am sure that people who are pissed off for unjustified reasons like not paying their rent go on there and post a bad review. So I came here to see if anyone can recommend nice apartment complexes in Vinings that meet my criteria.

well i think i am going to sign on to the Vinings At River Parkway. The only thing I did not like is that the washer and dryer are in the kitchen and are exposed. The bathrooms are really tiny too, but otherwise it was a great property.

I sure did. they were beautiful. However, based on my move in date and my budget they only had a terrace level apartment available and it was hidden in the corner.

1) I've been consulting apartmentratings.com and if the apartments have consistently bad ratings I "x" off my list. (2) Price. I need to stay under $900 for a 2/2. So far I only have the Walton at Chattahoochee that sounds promising and the Columns at Vinings. I realize apartmentratings.com may not be the most accurate source as I am sure that people who are pissed off for unjustified reasons like not paying their rent go on there and post a bad review. So I came here to see if anyone can recommend nice apartment complexes in Vinings that meet my criteria.
