I am currently a parapro, but want to become a teacher and I would like to start subbing to get some experience leading a classroom. At this time of year, how do I find out what steps to take to become a substitute and how to sign up for the workshop? I am not a certified teacher. I have my undergraduate degree in communications and have worked as a special ed parapro for the last year - I want to go into elementary education, though

Any help or advice anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

I don't think they are hiring subs, but you should contact HR to find out.
