Hello everyone~

My husband and I are a young family w/ infant twins relocating by the end of Dec-Jan to Atlanta to pursue our music career. We are looking to start off by renting a 3 bedroom apt/twnhouse in a really nice neighborhood. We have been suggested by some to look into cities of Duluth, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta...counties of Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Dunwoody....quite a few places and it's overwhelming. There are sooooo many properties and using the online resources for reviews aren't always helpful. My husband will be working and interning in the city and wants to make sure the commute isn't too far away, but we have heard that the biggest issue isn't so much distance as it is dependent on traffic and time it takes back and forth.
I am looking for some suggestions on really nice safe apartments and possibly some reviews on the ones that caught my eye on the internet.

Our budget is $1000-$1300 for a 3 bedroom, pet friendly apt/twnhome. Parking has to be favorable since I'm lugging two infant car seats on my own most of the time.

Some of the apts I saw were:

AMLI @ McGinnis Ferry (Suwannee)
ALARA Park Bridge (Alpharetta)
Orion @ Deerfield (Alpharetta)
Westchester @ Clairmont
Walton Vinings (Smyrna)

ANY and ALL suggestions, comments, advice, etc. will be greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to starting this new adventure and are excited to be able to experience what this lovely place is all about. If anyone knows or can suggest a good job placement or internship that deals w/ audio engineering/production that would be great as well. I know there are quite a few openings in and around the area w/ multiple studios and again my husband has been utilizing the internet, but it is always even better when you have people already there to give you some advice.

Thank you all so much for your time and help
