The section of Baker Ridge that is near Collier Heights is actually on the National Historic Registry.
A lot of these streets seem to be in the Center Hill neighborhood--and Center Hill borders up against Collier Heights (with Center Hill being located between Grove Park and Collier Heights).

What about the streets that border/are near the future Westside Park (North of Donald Lee Hollowell/Hollywood)? How are those areas in terms of crime/community?

Knight Park/Howell Station on the eastern side of the park is really good. It's a small neighborhood, so it didnt take long for it to fully gentrify. My brother's friend lived there and never had any problems. It's like a safe version of Home Park.

I've heard property values are still declining quite a bit in Grove Park and Bankhead.

There are lots of excellent houses around Grove Park, however, the prices speak for themselves. There's a reason you can buy a house for $30K that would cost several times that elsewhere, and usually it's not because astute buyers simply overlooked it.
