And for those who don't know...GenX is roughly 1965-1978.
I'm on the cusp of Boomer/GenX.

I'm already there! Over the past 45 years - we have lived and worked in Belize, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Panama. The good news is we have jobs waiting for us and I'm moving my family to Guatemala at the end of the year with our immigration visas approved for permanent status. Never thought I'd be going down into the region again - but it's better than the alternative - staying here and waiting for the economy to implode!

I guess it can be said as well that I'm on the cusp of GenX/GenY...

I'm a "Bicentennial Baby" (often said by Baby Boomers and older generations when they find out my year of birth)...I guess the Bicentennial was a big deal...

On the very top of the field, which you write your post in, is a triangle with an "!". This is your reporting post function.

Again, there is a big difference between Atlanta attracting retirees and Atlanta becoming a mecca for retirees. Atlanta attracts new residents of all ages, so I guess (in your words) it's a mecca for everyone.
