Is this still happening? I can't find any info about it on the site. I'd LOVE to check this out...

No, it was last year. I went, it was simply an amazing exhibit. Some truly rare cars lent from private collections. One of my favs was the Tucker and I do believe its owned from someone in Atlanta!

It really was amazing, I will never forget it.

As for car shows here, sadly the AJC car show continues to go down the tubes. THis year it was only 5 days, only one side of the pavilion and BMW, Mercedes, Butler Tire and others did not appear. Its sad, we have so many people, so many cars and the culture here is lacking. It was just this last weekend and for the first time in ages I didn't attend. Everyone I spoke that did go said it was a huge let down (I really am thinking on contacting organizers to get involved, there is no excuse for this, Atlanta should have a world class show)

The best meet by far is the free Caffieine and Octane meet
Caffeine and Octane East Cobb Car Show
first Sundays by Northpoint Mall at 8am. Truly amazing stuff. The last time I went the guy that owns the only Lexus LFA in Atlanta was there! The car was amazing and people were drooling all over.

Atlanta Auto Show was last weekend at the GWCC. I was there and have been going to the NY show and now the Atlanta show for the last 10 years. It's frankly getting worse here in Atlanta. BMW and Mercedes didn't even show up. This may be the last year I go.

Sad isn't it. Huge opportunity as Detroit's show has gotten smaller...NY and LA seem to have picked up the slack....

Nothing big in the south, Atlanta should have a huge show. Even in the past, while larger there were never any new concepts or revealings, all older stuff.
