Hahaha it's funny that you mentioned Atlanta Fish Market. It is next on my list. I bet I'm going to like it too, considering seafood is one of my favorites.

Yum yum yum. And not far to the southeast on Cobb Parkway/US 41 is the Marietta Diner. From Williamson Bros, drive east on Roswell Road, take a left at the Big Chicken onto 41, and drive southeast just up the hill. You can't miss the neon and chrome.

Antico Pizza - They serve THE best Neapolitan-style pizza in the Atlanta area. It's up there with some of the joints in NYC and Chicago, IMO. A little pricey but it's definitely worth it. But is almost crowded everyday, so if you are the kind of person who like to eat someplace quiet and not so many people, then this isn't the place for you.

Casual: Taqueria del Sol, Six Feet Under, the Cuban place on 5th St in Midtown (can't think of the name????)

Upscale: Rathbun's, Ecco, Pricci, Trois

I moved from Atlanta in 2008 and I REALLY miss the restaurant choices.

Oh, yeah, and I completely second Floataway Cafe. Often overlooked because of it's weird location, and awesome.

I recently ate at Flip Burger Boutique on Howell Mill and thought it was great! I was afraid it was going to be over-hyped and not as good as I had heard, but I loved, loved, loved my burger!

A few other favorites are Horseradish Grill in Buckhead, Food 101 in Sandy Springs and Haven in Brookhaven.
