Good Luck to you. I am out in cobb county and I am going through the same struggle of finding the right place for my son vs. opening my own place. Where can I go to find out about local GA/county requirements of opening a preschool.

heikster... you can go to child from the start website... just type that on google.... and yes, I agree that a good preschool would be an inmersion program.... I had an in home daycare like that and my children learned so much! not just the language (spanish) but basics of reading and writing and they were really well behaved!

Good for you! I know this is an old post........... I am just curious how things are going for you. I have been contemplating the same thing for years and just continued to work in schools that never quite fit for me. I feel there are many more options intown,, but here in west cobb area there are only daycare centers and church programs. Just curious. I hope things are going well.
