Good luck with whatever you decide to do with your house. I sold my house a little over 3 years ago in Natick for a loss. I bought a new condo in Midtown and have taken a huge loss. Luckily for you, I think that the market down here has bottomed out for the most part. You will love the winters down here and don't let people scare you about the summers down here. I've had my share of hot and humid days up in New England too.

I thing before you move down here...eat a lot of lobster and fried clams! I really miss them! Of course you can get lobster down here, but the prices are crazy compared to New England!

I agree with you. I wouldn't commute from the "Roswell" part of Cobb to Kennesaw either.
Hah, yes, I forget the name of that subdivision but I know it because my daughter has a friend who lives there. I've noticed the county line sign right in the middle of the subdivision. Quite unusual.
