Anyone know about Solace on peachtree (710 peachtree) or Glen Lake in Sandy Springs?

I'm coming to view some potential places to rent in Atlanta this weekend. I dont want to spend alot (like anyone really does lol). At this point i havent decided on which area would be better for me. I would like a 2 bedroom but many are out of my range since im unsure of the cost of electric and gas bills which depends on the unit themselves, some are more efficient than others and this is causing a headache for me. I really dont want to spend over $800 a month with bills. I just want to stay in a safe nice area thats not too far out, close access to the trains to park my car and ride if needed. Close to food, restaurants and grocery with simple driving access to and from the airport. I will have friends visit and I would like for them to be able to take the train to my apartment when they arrive. I perfer not to have a long drive to movies and shopping or .

If I cant get a 2 bedroom, I would like a 1 bedroom with a den or something similar that I can creatively conform into a guest sleeping area. Im thinking either a den or the 1 bedroom upstairs with living room downstairs as a potential cool layout to give an idea of what Im looking for that may cut more cost.

Any ideas?

Not sure on Solace's prices but they just went through a million dollar remodel and are in a great location in midtown so it would satisfy your desire to be near the train, shops, stores etc but for $800 not sure you'd get much more then a studio, maybe a one bedroom.

They have 1 bedroom under 800 but they charge for parking and are small im told so thats the issue. I also read that they had a bug issue so Im not sure...
