Hello Atlanta!
I have been born and raised in Atlanta, but I am ready to move out of the parents home and want to live downtown Atlanta. I am also a student there fore I can not afford 1,000 a month on a condo; That has not stopped me from researching and I have found a condo the includes the utilities and different private sellers offering the same condo same amenities from (700- 995 a month including utilities)

Has any one ever heard of Peachtree Towers? I cant find any reviews!!! I am trying to move in March so I have a little more time to keep looking I am always up on suggestions of different condos. I did read the sticky so those answers are below. Thank you so much in advance

1. Budget ( 700-850 including util)
2. House/Condo/Townhome? ( CONDO)
3. Employment Status(I am gainfully employed)
4. Children(NO KIDS)
5. Suburban or Urban lifestyle preference or a mix of the two
6. Easy access to public transit, important or not? Very important
7. Preferable demographics of desired neighborhood.
Buckhead, midtown, Lenox, ext

Well, considering they were built in 1962- you'd be hard pressed to find reviews. But if you want to know the overall condition and status of the building speak with your proposed L/L. Or the on-site management people. Other than that- a real estate agent familiar with the area.

Not sure why the age of the building would impact reviews. For sales listings range from $60k-89K so I wouldn't expect luxury but it may fit what you are looking for although things like grocery stores are not as close as they are to midtown buildings. Would be walking distance to centennial park etc. Search around, maybe ask some realtors etc to see what the downsides to the building are, maybe poke around their website as well.
