I'm looking for a some place cool, fun and different in Atlanta to host a charity event for 100-150 people. It will be attended by some Atlanta event savvy folks, so it would be great to inspire extra giving by finding a great venue that's not well-known. Even if it's just an idea of some place that's not normally available for this kind of thing, we'll talk them into it! The only requirement is that there be some kind of working kitchen with the space. Thanks in advance for some great suggestions!

Exclamation Venue

Hi. I know this is over 2 months late. I hope your event has not passed. If not, try King Plow off Marietta Street in Atlanta. I am positive that they have a kitchen there. Unfortunately, that is the only "venue" that I know of with a kitchen, unless you host it at a Restaurant. If so, consider Aja in Buckhead. It's aesthetically pleasing and great for events. If by any way you consider catering, try the Mercedes Benz showroom off Piedmont in Atlanta. They do not have a kitchen. I have been there for an event. It's impressive but becoming the norm. I hope these work for you. If I think of more, I will sent a reply. -BusyBee Personal Concierge

Not sure if the kitchen is still intact, but the open terrace on the top of the Merchandise Mart could be very cool. This was the site of the long closed Top of The Mart Restaurant.
