Are there any walking/jogging/hiking paths in Stone Mountain that are stroller friendly and safe?

Do you mean in Stone Mountain Park? If so, then yes. There is a paved road that goes all the way around the mountain. One lane is for vehicles, the other is for bicycles and joggers, and there is a sidewalk. I go there all the time to hike the nature trail and I see lots of people with strollers using the paved path.

The Path is fine. I see a lot of families/couples walking or biking down there. I used to jog down it pretty frequently as well. It extends from the park down to the GA Tech campus.

I would be in favor of it, however. Let everybody pay the true cost of transportation.

You can park for free in the lots in the Stone Mountain Village area - The Path entrance is right near the parking where you can access the park for free.
