Sorry to post a topic that has been done before, but as you know, people tend to PM their responses to these threads. Can someone suggest a great realtor who likes working with first time buyers? I am hoping to end up in Midtown, the east side of Atlanta, or Decatur. Also, given the market, I am definitely more interested in a small house or a townhome. I'm really not interested in a condo.

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide!

Thanks so much for the responses (both here and in my PM box). I'll likely call all of these people and see who fits best.

The reason for this ewt, is that we have a policy against advertising here. It's ok for established posters to simply list a realty office they've dealt with , but many will seize posted inquiries like this as a way to sneak in an ad for their realty company or one of someone they're related to or know. So we actually encourage people to use PMs for such things to avoid having their posts deleted as possible ads.

I was aware of that and I wasn't objecting. I actually assumed people would PM their responses, but most responded in this thread. If anyone has any further advice, free to PM me only if this is a problem. Thank you.
