Hello all, I'm looking into the Mcdonough area, Locust Grove perhaps, and I'm curious as to what people are paying for homeowners insurance. Let's say, for example, a 1500 sq ft house with no pool.
If anyone would care to chime in and let me know approx sq ft, what you pay, and the best insurance co's to deal with, I would surely appreciate it. I currently live in West Central FL and the homeowners insurance here is excessively high. Can't wait to leave the Sunshine state!
Thanks in advance for your replies!

I don't live in that area, but since we don't have hurricanes up here I would think homeowners insurance would be significantly less in the area you're looking at.

Thanks rcsteiner, I think you're right. This state (FL) is gouging people on their premiums. I'm hoping the future gets better
