I have a contract for a unit there, but would like to hear anything positive or negative that anyone has experienced.

I work in a building two doors down, and as far as I can tell, there are very few people actually living in the building. Other than that, I really can't say much one way or the other. Do you happen to know how many units (number or percentage) have been sold, how many have closed, and how many are actually occupied?

I know they have a bunch unsold new units. Over a 100 i believe. I think I read the building has almost 400 total.

How is the area during the day/night regarding sidewalk traffic, danger, etc...

During the day there's very little sidewalk traffic, other than at lunch, and even then it's minimal. I've been here at night a few times, and other than some hip-hop crowds at the W next door on some nights, the area is pretty dead.

Stupid question, but aren't these the kind of things you're supposed to inquire about before you sign a contract on a unit?

The nice thing about the forums is the search feature, which can reveal a lot of info, too. wink wink

Two of several results:

//www.city-data.com/forum/atlan...nial-park.html (about twelve)

//www.city-data.com/forum/atlan...ta-condos.html (some interesting comments about it in the thread).

I've scoured these forums daily and reread every post several times but I wanted some direct feedback.

I'm not planning on backing out. I've done research and talked to people, but i also wanted to post here to see what the good people of city-data had to say.

Generally I've found you make a contingent offer and then do your due diligence including reviewing condo docs, financial docs etc during your due diligence period which is often times 10 days.

My due diligence expires on the 24th. So I'm just looking for extra info.
