You must hang out with the crowd that thinks you're in Downtown Atlanta the minute you cross Moreland on Ponce.

Why? Do we need to have his name on everything?

Why? Makes no sense. Call it Centennial Station and be done with it.

That station should keep CNN and GWCC in the name. Those destinations are what the station is primarily used for. It's not a neighborhood station like, say, Edgewood/Candler Park. Giving it a meaningless honorary name would only serve to confuse the low frequency users of the station.

GWCC should rename in the name as the convention center is a major draw. The Benz, State Farm Arena, and station are all on the campus of the GWCC. GWCC/Olympic Park Station

Reminds me of negotiating the train system in Bangkok. You sit through the announcements of all these exotic station names (Asok! Sam Yan! Sutthisan! Lamphini!), then out of the blue comes National Convention Centre!

I meant that if we were to rename a station to Abernathy station, that should be the one. I think we're all on the same page that the Dome station does need a name shortening, even if we're not on the same page as to what it should be renamed to.

It needs to be a geographic identifier and not for a person (HE Holmes is named such due to HE Holmes Drive).
