Hi, I just moved to Atlanta from NYC where good barbershops can be found on practically every city block, usually priced at $12 for a basic cut.

Haven't been to these guys but there's a barbershop in the lindbergh city center complex, which has its own marta stop "lindbergh center." According to their website a basic cut is $15 and they can cut any hair type.

Good Phellaz Barber Shops - Home ). My personal experience with this barbershop has been very positive. In addition, this company has multiple locations including one in off of Peachtree ST.

The oldest, most "traditional" barbershop I know of is the Peachtree Battle Barber Shop in the Peachtree Battle shopping center (at Peachtree Battle Avenue and Peachtree Street in Buckhead). I've been going there for 35 years (since I was a kid). I pay $20 (which includes a decent tip).
