Overall if I'm thinking of boom areas unfortunately, Hephzibah is on top of the list. Thomson would be next on it, and after that I don't know. The towns that I want to see stay the same are Waynesboro, Washington, and Lincolnton. I have my reasons.

Overall strategically speaking, Grovetown, Thomson, Hephzibah hold the edge. Thomson is poised to attract new businesses, the interstate access to other cities Atlanta and Columbia.
