I seem to hear good things about Kelly Services, MAU, Augusta Staffing, Norrell Staffing, and Spherion Staffing... There are other staffing agencies( Career Personnel, ManPower, Acrux Staffing, etc) in the city...

Hope this information can be useful.. I don't know what kind of jobs you're intresting in, but MAU is holding a job fair tomorrow...
Local jobs fair planned Wednesday | The Augusta Chronicle

On a side note... If you don't mind me asking... Has Augusta been a culture shock moving here from San Antonio? A large metro area with alot of hispanics compared to a medium size metro that's just starting to see alot of hispanic growth... Also what part of Augusta do you live in?

Do not go to Augusta Staffing. They don't give you any health benefits or get any time off.
