What's your point?? The comment I made had to do with the amount of disposable income in Summerville.. Dr. Azziz is participating in the annual tour of homes, so obviously he's a vital member of the neighborhood.

I would probably choose Aiken.

As far as schools, if you live in GA, I would not use the public school system. Makes me sad to say, as I like to support the public school systems. But I would probably go homeschool or private.

We moved here from the north too. Though it wouldn't be my first choice of city because it's very small and lacks some major ammenities that larger cities have, you can get everything you need (except cultural stuff--there is some but for the likes of the Atlanta symphony or something, well, you have to go to Atlanta). There are some actually really nice art galleries and things. And honestly? I don't miss winter one bit. It is sunnny ALL THE TIME and I love it. I also don't miss the rude people that make up a good portion of the north. The south is very warm, in more ways than one.
