Lol at Augusta being in a different league than Columbus. Why? Because it has a Apple, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Costco, PF Changs, and H&M store. So I guess when Columbus get these stores before 2017,Augusta will be in the same league as Atlanta.

It's mostly just Columbus posters who seem obsessed with that. Little man's syndrome.

It's not hard for any decent downtown street to beat underground Atlanta. It's only a shell of what it used to be these days.

Exclamation Missing persons

Has anyone seen my wife Nortina?

She has been missing a few months now.

If you see a mid 30s female driving around your fair city taking photographs from her car of retail stores, please tell her her hubby is looking for her !

BABY PLEASE COME HOME

I'm beginning to feel like she doesn't exist. It was an internet wedding. What if she wasn't who she said she was. omg. The feels.

I love to shop and my husband loves to hunt, so i asked a friend about the shopping in both cities and found that a cabela's,bass pro shops,H&M,Apple, Costco, Earth Fare, Jared Galleria, Pandora, Sephora, and other national retailers had or were building stores in augusta...while i was told Savannah had none of these. I was also told that Savannah has two malls, but augusta mall was more upscale and had more to offer than both. Is this true? Which city is safer and feels more like a large city? Which city has more going for it overall? Thanks in advance for answering.

Chicago Husband... sorry to break it to you... "she" was just an illusion... another one of many false images created to foster the illusion.

here's my two cents to keep beating this dead horse thread.....Augusta's biggest positive is low cost of living. Savannah's biggest positive is proximity to ocean.
Augusta's biggest negative... bad government/private partnerships that are eating away at the general fund.. meaning property taxes will soon increase & more city services will be cut (for the same cost) or Augusta will end up having issues repaying muni bonds
Savannah's biggest negative.. Abercorn St... Its pretty much a parking lot during rush hour.
