The Walmart center doesn't resemble the letter U, because the two strip centers have a small parking lot between them and the roadway.. There's no comparison between the size of the parking lots in the Walmart center in South Augusta versus the Washington Crossing development..

The Walmart shopping center in South Augusta is full of multiple parking lots. The size of the Walmart parking by itself is larger than the entire parking area in Washington Crossing.

It's a bigger shopping center...of course it has more parking. It's still U shaped and besides the shape has nothing to do with it being a lifestyle center. Washington Crossing has always been shaped like a U. Are you saying that it's always been a shopping center? Lets just agree to disagree. IMO it's not being converted to a lifestyle center, just an upscale shopping center...and to be honest all of the stores are not upscale. While HomeGoods is a nice store its not upscale. The developers are playing fast and loose with the term "lifestyle center."

I wonder how long before the AFD moves the training facility to 3069 to Washington Road? From countymans post it seems a car dealership property will be available....

Seems to be an odd location for the Half Moon store.
