I agree about Target or Kohls not having enough room in that shopping center. They will have to locate somewhere else if they come to South Augusta.

The Peach Orchard Rd. Chick-fil-a will break ground on October 20 or 27.

The October 20th or 27th date must be the official ground breaking or the beginning of the actual construction.. They've already broken ground(land clearing) a few months ago...

The project got stalled due to problems with the DOT. It was supposed have been opened by now but construction has been delayed and will begin later this month.

Yeah, I know about the problems they've been having with the DOT.. I was only commenting how the 20th or 27th must be the date set to begin the major construction..

South Augusta is growing and the area surrounding Chick Fil A provides enough demographics to become the 'main' shopping area on the southside..
