I forgot to mention this earlier... The location is south of Hwy 88 between Wilson rd/Mims rd inside of the city limits..
Water park, rodeo arena, farmers market included in Hephzibah

The battle over the next few years among the smaller cities(Hephzibah, Thomson, Grovetown, Edgefield, Waynesboro, & Graniteville) will be very interesting to watch...

With the cyber command coming and the widening of Windsor Spring Rd from Tobacco Rd to Hwy 88 in Hehpzibah, I expect to see at least a small surge in the city of Hephzibah.

I-3 & I-14 would have opened up south Augusta in a major way.

The mayor of Hephzibah wants the same kind of planned community vibe found in Peachtree City, GA to come to Hephzibah..

I like the idea of the golf cart trails lie Peachtree City. I'm glad Hephzibah is stepping up to the plate because its been a long time since there has been any major changes in the Hephzibah city limits.

o_O

Is there some reason you can't just cheer them all on together instead of turning it into some sort of battle?

It's pathetic enough when the second-tier cities fight over Atlanta's crumbs.
