I have worked in Retail Management, Insurance/Claims, and Property Management. I have been in Supervisory roles in all of my positions but I chose not to stay in those fields for the hours flex schedule and being away from my kids. I currently work m-f 9-5 and I want to stick with those hours. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems and a Masters degree in Business Administration. I would like to make a career change into Health Services Management or Human Resources Management. I have considered receiving a Graduate Certificate in one of these professions. I have checked different career sites and with Health Services Management it says that you need a nursing degree or health care knowledge (medical, billing, coding, laws) experience. Is this true? How easy is it for me to start out in Health Services Management or because of my education do you think Human Resources would work better for me? I have taken courses in Human Resources and I do manage a development and the employees within the development. I am not sure which one to choose. Health Care would be a totally new thing for me since I have no knowledge or work experience. Human Resources might be easier for me to leverage when searching for a new job. Please if you have an Administrative role in Health Care or you work in a human resources field. Can you tell me what other education/certifications I would need? Also, what do you do within your career, if you like your job, hours, benefits, etc. I truly appreciate your help in narrowing down my choices. This is going to be totally new to me so I want to make a diligent effort in making the right decision.

Thank You again!
