If Kroger is moving in, I would expect to see Windsor Plaza vacated and demolished, then a Kroger Marketplace store built and opened in its place.

Did the person give information when Kroger may open?

I could see a 2017 opening as existing tenants would have to relocate, Windsor Plaza demolished, and a new store built. The process would take at least a year.

You are relocating to a former Kroger?

I would like to see more leads that indicate Kroger is coming to Windsor Plaza.
