My job has brought me to Augusta. My wife and 2 young children plan to live here for around two years and then my company will relocate me again.

Where is the absolute best areas to buy a home that can sell quickly when I'm ready to sell? We are looking at West Augusta, Martinez, and Evans... but open to others. Is there a price point that sells faster than others?

I do not want to sit on a house for 3-6 months when I put it back on the market in two years. I'd be happy if I sell for the same or slightly more than I purchased it for. I will not have the time to invest in a fixer-upper. I enjoy the projects but won't have the time.

Thanks for any advice you guys can provide.

All three are comparable and you can't distinguish them when driving along Riverwatch, Furys Ferry, Washington, etc.. The only real difference is the amount of businesses in West Augusta and government buildings in Evans. Low $200k to mid $300k moves pretty fast.
