Always wondered but can never get reliable information: which type of housing is best for the tax base ? Single family homes, multi family homes or apartments. They all add to traffic woes and all (or most) contribute taxes to the local economy. But just a simple answer: which is better for the community?

Hope they've got some tenants for it by now. Jordan Trotter's website doesn't list it as available for lease.

Probably just your standard strip center that will include places like a cell phone store, nail salon, a fast casual eatery etc. Doesn't seem to exciting IMO.

WRDW planning move to Augusta - Business - The Augusta Chronicle - Augusta, GA
The Village at Riverwatch, owned by a California real estate investor and marketed by Augusta’s Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate, has Costco Wholesale, Cabela’s and Riverwatch Luxury Cinemas as its main tenants. Comcast and Delta Air Lines have offices near the development’s east entrance, where an upscale apartment complex, the Residence at Riverwatch, is under construction.

15-20 acres was purchased recently in the Village at Riverwatch. The land doesn't include the 12,000 SF. retail center or WRDW/WAGT $30 million television facility. 15-20 acres is more than enough room to attract Topgolf, Cheesecake Factory, Dave & Buster's, Maggiano's, Season's 52, Pappadeaux, California Pizza Kitchen, Anthropologie, Brookstone, J Crew, Brooks Brothers, Trader Joe's, Ruth's Chris, Joe's Crab Shack, etc.

You know Guitar Center is coming? What's your source? I find this highly unlikely with how GC has been losing money and closing stores.
